Sydeny is 8 Months!

Little Miss Sydney just keeps getting bigger and bigger. It seems like just yesterday I was taking her 3 month photos. I really enjoyed this shoot. Sydney's grandpa lives out in Nolensville on a big piece of property with horses, a gorgeous creek and tons of lush grass. Such a dream for shooting photos. We put her in a few different outfits, but the tutu and fluffy bow stole my heart. I can't wait until she's walking around for her one year!!

Baby Bella and Fam!

Bella is a California baby who was visiting family so they could be a part of her dedication. When they stepped out of the car I was completely giddy. Her little purple outfit, adorable shoes and full head of hair!! You just wanted to squeeze her she was so cute. I'm so glad that they sought me out for photos while they were in town. Even with the ridiculously unpredictable Tennessee weather, we bared a nip in the air and got some beautiful shots.

I can't really even write a long post about these fantastic little men! They totally embraced the ideas and props thrown at them and we just had a blast. Take a look. The pictures say it all I think. I loved taking these photos!!

Kenna Turns 1 (Franklin Family Photography)

Yeah, so it was a year in November, and I'm just now posting. What can I say? I'm a busy little bee (smile). I feel so privileged to have been a part of this whole year. I've been around to capture so many changes. From sleeping all the time all the way to walking all over the place. Kenna is the sweetest, and cutest little girl, and my BFF and her hubs are so blessed. They absolutely adore her every move. I can't wait until she's two and talking up a storm.

I love you Carla and BMizzle. You are both such an inspiration to me. Thanks for letting me into some intimate moments of your relationship and of Kenna's life—truly a blessing!

Silas Smiles! (Nashville Family/Childrens Photography)

Meet Crystal, Jeff, and Silas. I met Crystal through a mutal friend. Barely knowing me, she hopped into my car for a long trip to Gatlingburg for a bachelorette party when she saw I was headed up alone. She's the kind of girl with lots of good conversation, is full of life, and has a contagious smile. The smile thing is ironic since her little man, Silas, is the opposite.

From what I have been told, Silas here is one tough kid to get to smile. Not smiling could probably be his Super Power. Well, with a lot of tickling, swinging and goofing around, the three of us managed to get some good giggles out of this Super Hero, and I have the pictures to prove it. Check him out!
