I would love to travel. I would love to just throw all caution to the wind, hop on a plain and backpack through Europe.
I would love.
Unfortunately, those cards are not on the table for me at the moment.
Last weekend, I was sitting out side of Province Bread and Cafe in Hillsboro village with Tracy, a soon to be bride when we were approached by two friendly gentlemen. One in a cowboy hat and leather jacket, fitting for the Nashville scene, and the other who is pulling off a Kaleb from Kings of Leon sort of look. They were asking if there was any where else other than the Pancake Pantry, with it's mile long outdoor wait, to eat breakfast. Unfortunately I wasn't much help. I know I went to Belmont and that Hillsboro village is the area to be around there, but I never actually went there often. Apparently Jackson's has breakfast. I've never had breakfast there. You want a good Appletini then I would refer you to Jackson's, but not for breakfast. So sorry guys for not being more in-tune with Hillsboro village.

I noticed that they had an accent and asked where they were from. Sweden. Lucky. The grass is always greener I guess. This is where my jealousy comes in. I ask them why they are in Nashville and this is what I get:
"We flew into New York and are making our way across the United States." They are over here checking out all of our grasses!!! Lucky, lucky, ducks.
OOOHH!!! I'm so jealous! So jealous I could turn into jelly. How amazing to just be able to hop on a plane and spend a good few months traveling across the US or, in my case, Europe. It seems like the ultimate dream. Maybe they live extravagantly over in Sweden and want to send me a large sum of money so I can do the same. Oh the day dreams.
So I asked them if I could give them a quick shout out on my blog and they were happy to oblige. They even let me get a great photo and, it gets even a little bit better. Their names are Victor and Viktor!! If they don't have a blog set up for the American Adventures of Victor and Viktor then they need to get started!! This is going to be such an amazing experience for them and I hope America can be a place of inspiration and excitement and all that they have dreamt.

I would love.
