Good morning oh you beautiful cup of coffee. When I was little the smell of you made me turn my nose up and bolt out of the kitchen but now, now we have this new found friendship. No, we have a love. You are what keeps me from having an unbearable headache all day long everyday. This may be a bad thing. You are the one who keeps me nice and regular. Screw Activia yogurt. You are the one who introduces flavor to my day. Hazelnut, Raspberry, Caramel, Vanilla, Irish Creme. You keep me warm and cozy. Your scent is enticing. One cup of you is never enough. Oh what you let me do to you. I can add sugar, flavored syrups, flavored creamers. The burst of sweet flavors is glorious.
Coffee, thank you. Thank you for always being there for me. For helping me start my day off right; taking a load off.
